01For over two decades, my work has been driven by one question:
Answering it has taken me through operational leadership, supervisory board governance, corporate growth and AI innovation. Each role revealed a different perspective on how organizations think, communicate and make decisions.
Today, I help owners improve the decision environment by bringing back into the conversation what gradually became invisible: context, assumptions, incentives and the signals that remain unspoken.
